Service are as follows:

An initial
up-front fee of £399 covers the search period of
20 weeks. This fee is REFUNDED IN FULL after you exchange
contracts to purchase a property we find for you. |

Property Viewings:

for each property viewed … including a detailed written

Accompanied Viewings:

per viewing. |

Success Fees:

Purchases:
1% of the agreed purchase price.
Rentals: A fee equivalent
to one month’s rental charge for the property rented. |

Price Negotiation Fee:

5% of the
difference between the vendor’s asking price and
the sale or rental price negotiated by us. |

Value Added Services:

A range
of bespoke Valued Added Services are available. Fees are
charged at an hourly rate of £40. Further details
